Shipping
At BYB Premium, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with precision and care.
• All orders are made-to-order and typically dispatched within 2–3 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
• Shipping charges and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
• Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on location and order complexity.
Returns & Exchanges
As a brand rooted in conscious creation and made-to-order craftsmanship, we follow a strict no return policy.
However, a return or exchange may be considered only under the following conditions:
• You have received an incorrect product, or
• The product has a manufacturing defect or damage
In such cases:
• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact
Please note:
• Products purchased on sale, discount, or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
Alterations
We believe in creating garments that evolve with you.
• Customised or made-to-measure pieces are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances
• Alterations are offered complimentary within 30 days from the date of purchase
• Post 30 days, alterations will be chargeable, depending on the nature of the request
Kindly note:
• All alterations are subject to fabric allowance and garment construction limitations
• If a garment does not permit further alteration, BYB Premium reserves the right to decline the request
• Alterations on sale items will always be chargeable
Refunds
Refunds are processed only in cases where the product meets our return eligibility criteria.
• The returned product will undergo a strict quality check upon receipt
• Once approved, the refund will be processed within 15–30 working days
• Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment
