Refund policy

Refunds are processed only in cases where the product meets our return eligibility criteria.

• The returned product will undergo a strict quality check upon receipt
• Once approved, the refund will be processed within 15–30 working days
• Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment

Please note:

• Products purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for refunds
• BYB Premium reserves the right to decline refunds if the returned product does not meet the stated conditions

Order Cancellation

• Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, as each piece is initiated for production immediately
• Orders placed using discounts, promotions, or coupon codes are not eligible for cancellation

However:

• In rare circumstances, if BYB Premium cancels an order, a full refund will be issued
• Refund timelines may vary depending on banking processes and location
