At BYB Premium, every garment is thoughtfully crafted with exceptional attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase and are happy to assist with sizing whenever possible.

Ready-to-Ship Collection

· Eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery.

· Eligible for one complimentary size exchange, subject to stock availability.

Made-to-Order Collection

Each made-to-order piece is specially crafted for you.

· Returns are not accepted.

· Eligible for one complimentary size exchange, subject to fabric and size availability.

Customised & Personalised Orders

As these pieces are uniquely created for you, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless the item has a manufacturing defect.

Return & Exchange Conditions

To be eligible, items must:

· Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

· Have all original tags attached.

· Be returned in their original packaging.

· Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

· Have the return or exchange request initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bybpremium@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs. We will review the request and arrange an appropriate resolution.
